Returns Policy:
Hi love! We want you to be totally satisfied & happy with your order! ❤ However we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.vikebeauty.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note, we cannot take returns on overly used products or return requests outside of our 14-day return window.
You will receive a refund for only the item(s) returned. Original shipping costs are not refunded on returned items.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at support@vikebeauty.com so we can assist with the return. Please note we do not provide a pre-paid return label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
